“Great little restaurant.”
Reviewed April 15, 2014 via mobile

We stopped in for a drink and a snack after walking around the beach. Staff we're very friendly. The menu had a great range of dishes. However, the sea food paella caught our eye. We ordered the paella for four people. It was a generous dish, (more than we could eat) with lots of fresh fish. Fantastic. Not the cheapest paella around but worth the money.

“Spectacular setting”

A restaurant with waves crashing in on volcanic rocks - wow it's amazing! Seafood of the best and stunning setting. Not to be missed if you are ever in this area!

“Excellent location and staff”
Reviewed February 18, 2014

We stopped at the nearby attraction of 'El Golfo' (green lake) just by the Timanfaya National Park, Yaiza, Lanzarote and needed a drink so went in to the town and after walking round we decided on this restaurant due to the openness of the front and we made the right decision as the food and beverages were excellent value and the waiting staff very quick and friendly.

“Tigh Thomáis”
Reviewed January 28, 2014

Took a spin out to El Golfo for lunch as recommended in the book "Walk Lanzarote" and wow, what a view as you turn down to the town. The sea alive with hills out to the horizon, piling up and crashing on the foaming rocks. Rambled through the small village right out to the end and ended up at this blue pavilion where the proprietor Tomás took our order and noting my Canon camera suggested a seat upstairs with a panoramic view of the sea. Fantastic. All we wanted was a chicken sandwich and some drinks. They arrived with a side serving of crispy chips and salad - lovely. Tomás directed us up the path to the Lago Verde and that helped work off the generous servings.
We'll be back!
