“Our favorite in el Golfo”
Reviewed April 23, 2012

Overlooking the ocean on a typical terrace with green tables, you can taste great seafood.
We ordered several tapa dishes and liked all of them.
Nice place to relax after visiting the wonderful bay or after walking on the lava fields!

“Seafood delight”
Reviewed February 21, 2011

We first ate here 13 years ago & were delighted to see restaurant still here upon our return. Wonderful stunning location- the sight, sound & smell of the sea. We had gambas al ajillo, then seafood paella & a great bottle of local Rose for lunch ( weren't driving!)
Just tricky to get here if you haven't hired a car - bus to arreceife, another bus to yaiza, persuade a restaurant to call you a taxi to el golfo & persuade the taxi driver to come back for you...only flaw - return trip - bus didn't stop in yaiza on the way back as it was full coming from Playa Blanca....fortunately we flagged down a passing taxi!

“Good value dining on the water's edge”
Reviewed January 1, 2011

Typical seaside fish restaurant with a good value menu of the day. Service is good and friendly and the food is tasty and plentiful. Lunch on a day when the sea is rough is a most enjoyable experience.
