This visit was so much better than our first, which was MANY years ago.

We (adult daughter and I) each chose the 1-1/2 lb lobster, although to be honest I had intended to try a 2-pounder. We had a great server who, when asked if garlic butter was a possibility, assured us that it was. We went through a bucket and a half of mussels (they were very small but very fresh), tomato basil soup which was delicious (less rich than chowder when you're busy downing a load of garlic butter with mussels and lobster), potato salad and coleslaw (which neither of us finished as we were saving room for lobster and dessert). The lobsters were cooked to perfection, very fresh, tender, and juicy, and easy to access the meat. We followed with strawberry shortcake on biscuits, and tea. An excellent meal, a very kind and attentive server, full and happy tummies. What more could we ask?

Went there fo dinner. I had a strip loin steak, it was a little over cooked, but seafood is their specialty. Included were lots of appetizers as well as all the desserts you could eat. I had the coconut cream pie and it was to die for. I actually had two pieces.

We ate here 6 years ago and had to go again when in the area. It was just as good as we remembered it to be. Wonderful meal and the best lobster we have ever eaten.

A few locals said we should try this place. They said it was a little pricey so be prepared. I did not look at the reviews before going to the restaurant. When we arrived at 4:30pm there was already a short line. We had to select our meals and pay before being seated. This was my first experience with this format.
Try to look at the menu before you get to the order desk. (We didn’t so it took time for us to decide)
We picked the lobster, mussels, seafood chowder, salad and desert.
The seafood chowder was good, the bucket of mussels was great, the salad was okay, the lobster was Fantastic, the lemon meringue and coconut pie was great.
The service was excellent too!
Also make sure you are hungry before you decide to eat here.
Note they are only open from 4 to 8pm.

What a great place to spend one of our last nights on the island. We must have timed it right because there were just a few people ahead of us in line. We were seating right away. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. My husband had surf and turf and loved it, I had the steak and it was wonderful. My only complaint would be that I ordered the Blue Lobster vodka soda and was brought a glass of it that was flat and not the entire can.
