Due to various slides that the waterpark has to offer,
our family decided to spend a day in Splash Island. In general, it was a pleasant and wonderful experience because our expectations had been set.

Below is the list of our expectations (thanks to the reviews I've read from Tripadvisor):

1. The water slides including the wave pool have specific schedules with the exception of Balsa, which you can enjoy from 8 am to 5 pm. However, be prepared to carry by yourself the buoys up to the top of the slides.

2. You cannot bring food inside and it is a bit expensive. This was true especially for the costs of bottled water, which is Php 35 each and softdrink in can, which is Php 40 each. In addition to this, the choices of food are limited and you must prepare to shell out at least a hundred pesos or more for one meal. But one good thing, there is Shakey's to cater for pizza lovers.

3. There are plenty of free tables and chairs for use. For our convenience, we rented two lockers for a Php 100 rental fee each. If you will spend most of your day doing the waterpark activities, then I recommend you to do this to ensure that your belongings are safe. Only the air-conditioned cottages are locked up.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

My family went here a few weeks ago and we are expecting unlimited waterslides and whole day fun, so we went there as early as we can. But when we arrive there the waterslides are only open from 12:00- 1:30 and then it resumes at 3:00-4:30. Some of the waterslides are lined from the top to the ground floor Specially the ones made for families. Some of them is not open. Food and water are very expensive, They only sell absolute bottled water, normally it cost 15 pesos outside but they are selling it for 35pesos/bottle. On their website it says that they have drinking fountain around the theme park but its not true. Water is filthy, and there's not a lot of dressing rooms as well. I suggest you go elsewhere rather than coming to this place.

1. parking park is freaking dirty...there were trash everywhere...i believe that the reason behind this is because people were not allowed to bring food inside so they come to the parking and eat...
2. restroom were almost clean but not changing clothes room has a trash bin, so trash (napkin/used shampoo) were just on the corner.
3. locker room PHP100 was so small that we paid for two in able our clothes to fit in.

There are a lot of pedophiles in this place. Beware of them. They like to feel up young boys and girls alike inside the pools, under the water. The reports were not put out there but it happened and I'm afraid, it is still happening. Management "contained" this news that's why it was not put out by the media.

must try water adventure :) especially this summer season, when it comes to the pool and other attractions I'll give it a 5 star but for the food 2 stars, because it's expensive and doesn't taste good, I suggest to bring food along with you especially when you have a car, because food isn't allowed inside but you can eat outside, but all in all 5 stars :)
