I booked a cabin room, it was really dark. The sink was backed up, and our remote control to the TV only half worked. While there I learned California hotels charge you when you walk in the door, not when you check out. The hotel charged the wrong credit card, but I have to say Michelle...the night shift front desk clerk was wonderful in helping get that corrected. She was very nice, accommoding, and took care of the situation with tact and grace. The location of the hotel is great, but I wouldn't go back. The mirrors all over the walls and on the ceiling over the bed was quite tackie for my taste.

Great hotel and location to explore the area. Rooms were fantastic with massive spa bath. Lots of room comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Close to marina area and restaurants would stay again. Only minor gripe is the internet is slow but you can survive!

This hotel is well situated just a 10 min stroll from the centre and 5 mins from the lakeside. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a great washroom and spa tub.
The best part for us was the friendly and helpful staff who quickly and efficiently helped us with all our needs.
Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Room Tip: Go for second floor rooms if you want to make best use of the so tubs

Stayed at Postmarc September 23. The most the staff did was check us in. We had a reservation and had NOT requested a handicap room, but we were given one. Warning to handicapped people: You will need a lift to get onto the high beds. I am 5'3" and had to use hands and knees to crawl up like a child. They had a few restaurants listed as "within walking distance". The we chose was listed as 1 block to the left and then 1 block to the south. It was one block to the left and five blocks south. It was a chilly night, about 40 degrees. Only coffee or hot tea is available for breakfast, so don't make the mistake of thinking there is a Continental Breakfast. We could never get the wifi to connect and the desk was no help.

Room Tip: Request a room not on the street.

We appreciate your business and feedback. We are glad to hear the staff checked you into a larger upgraded room than usual. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel of which you get a discount to with your hotel key.
The hotel does not advertise as having breakfast but we are surrounded by great places to eat. Thank you again for your business.

This place is beautiful! The room was a lot more than we expected. You are sure able to relax. Fireplace, jacuzzi, TV, wifi, anything you need is available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Will go again. Thank you!!!
