We've been enjoying time at the Fresh Ketch for 25 years. It's one romantic ritual that never loses its power over us! Lunch there is great always (Kobb salad, Vermont Croissant, fish tacos of all breeds, French Onion Soup, pretty much everything). FAB margaritas with a tang - not ultra-sweet and the right amt of tequila; one of the only $7 margs worth the price.
Drinks & dinner outside at sunset, listening to acoustic music (July 26 guest musician sang the best Don McLean we'd all heard). Another perfect evening at the Fresh Ketch. The Hula Pie is still worth the calorie hit. Not rich, just sweet enough with plenty of macadamia nuts. I eat the caramel side, hubby has the chocolate. Gumbo.
Our only ongoing gripe: where are the fried zucchini???? It was our FAVE & no one made them as well as you guys!!!!
