“A great but busy Pizza place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

I'm not sure you can book, we got in early but this is a very busy spot. Service was excellent and the Pizza's amazing. A great selection of draft and bottled beers and wines.

All in all a great Pizza place. Twin it with the Base Camp Hotel your in Base Camp heaven!

“Excellent Pizza and Service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

There were 5 of us so we got to order several different types. We got 2 large pizzas; one 1/2 Chicken Curry/ 1/2 BBQ Chicken, the other 1/2 Hawaiian/ 1/2 Mediterranean. They were all excellent but my favorite was the Mediterranean.

Great service too!

“Worth the search!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013 via mobile

Base Camp is tucked in the back of a plaza and we were lucky to find it. We enjoyed the Base Camp and Margarita pizzas. The Apple and Walnut Salad was great! It is very close to the casinos and worth the short walk.

“Pricey for pizza, but very good.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

It was a tad expensive (but, hey it's a resort area) but very good. Our server, David B., was a very, nice young man. I give it a 4 only because of the cost. If you like gourmet pizza, you need to stop here.

“Great Dinner in Heavenly Village”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013 via mobile

We walked up and down the road looking for a dinner place and were very happy to discover Base Camp near the Grand Marriott Resort on Heavenly Village. We came back twice! The salads are great! Loved the tomato basil spaghetti. We'll definitely come back on our next trip to South Lake Tahoe.
