The location, the atmosphere, the breakfast, the rooms, the customer service. All were great! I like being close to the casinos but not in them all the time. It was nice to escape to this beautiful hotel.

Great! Indeed, we are located next to the casinos but our hotel is not a casino.

Our king suite is lovely. Two big TVs, lounge, nice bathroom, 3 sinks, coffee machine with Starbucks coffee. However, the breakfast is inedible and the meal we had in the restaurant was truly awful. Hot tub is very hot, nice. Swimming pool is very small and there is nowhere to change in there.
Also, they have at least two turtles in the indoor pond without any natural light whatsoever. No UVB or any lighting. The poor things are gonna get sick and die :(

Thank you for your review! The ceiling above the lobby is made of glass and our turtles get plenty of natural light. Our turtles have been doing great for the past 20 years.

We stayed here Super Bowl weekend 2017 and paid around $800 for 2 adults, 3 nights. Valet parking is $19/night. They don't offer self parking however Harrahs has parking next door. Omelettes are $5 at their "complimentary breakfast." No manager's reception but they do have a happy hour. Resort fee is $15/night. So if you don't mind being nickel-and-dimed the location is great. Just a walk away from Harrahs and the Heavenly gondola. Housekeeping did a minimal job and never refilled my coffee after 3 nights even after I spoke with the front desk. Made bed and replaced towels once.

Besides the location, this hotel had nothing else to showcase.

1) We had a hard time finding the hotel entrance. There weren't signs directing us to the front of the hotel, nor tell us where to park at. We ended up parking in a parking lot which I think belongs to a casino next door.

2) The room is a standard room, but unfortunately it had a funky smell.

3) The room comes with free breakfast, but unfortunately, it was not good. They had bacon, but it was paper thin, and see-through. The eggs was scrambled and gross. The pancakes were ok. On the plus side, they had fruits which I enjoyed.

For the price ($250+), I would probably not stay at the hotel again.

The amount of signage allowed is restricted by the city regulations however, most customers seem to have no difficulties finding our hotel which is located off the main highway in the center of town. We regret it was such a challenge for you.

We stayed here for one night in the busiest time of the year. Snow time!! The rooms were large and had nice feature like sinks outside the bathroom and outlets everywhere. The happy hour is cheap, but eh...well liquor. The breakfast is free and a little better than other free breakfasts. What stands out to me is the staff. They are very willing to help you and aren't stuffy. I especially want to give Brianda and Josh at high recommendation. After Bookings.com misquoted me the price they both stepped up to help me out! Not common in this day and age.
The hotel is large!!! There are nice ammenities but beware when they are full it is crowded.
