It’s a must see! You learn a lot about history of the region! Rooms, cells, torture tools,... and architecture of the place!

We drove from Rimini . Parked in the town and walked up to the fort. We have a young baby and managed ok with the few sets of stairs and the baby buggy. Most of the hill has concrete paths. I found the museum very informative and even the sections that had no English translation were well presented and interesting. All in all a lovely outing with plenty of panorama views. A very quaint town also .

We took the shuttle bus up to the castle, as I walk with a stick and even though the walking at the top of the castle is quite steep it was worth it.
The audio guide was so informative that it made the the visit so interesting and enjoyable. The views are stunning, you can see lots of other hill top towns or just watch the clouds go past. Well worth the visit.

Just excellent, lovely quite central square with a few bars, lovely & peaceful, in September anyway. You park well outside the town & can get an arranged shuttle bus into the square, then walk up to the castle. The walk up is fine. Great views from edge of the town. Castle restored & not over done.
Do NOT MISS, if in the vicinity.

This is a "must stop" for the one travelling in the area. It has been perfectly restored, in the meaning that it has been done with elegance, not in a dazzling way. The content it is interesting and goes from the Middle Age (including torture tools) to the II WW weapons. What maybe would be nice is to add some interactive activity/screen for the children. I repeat, a MUST
