This is our second lunch at this location of the fast growing chain. The first time was awful, this time OK. It is unfortunate that we had already enjoyed other stores in this chain, because, if we didn't know better, this place would rate high. Service is reasonably prompt, friendliness is not obvious in welcoming a guest. The food is great - tasty and really fresh. The atmosphere is exactly the same as other locations of this chain, except for the blaring radio and lack of A/C. This is not conducive to conversation or lingering over your food. Compared to the store down the street in Newmarket, which has been open much longer, this place is a eat and dash, where the other is a place to enjoy your meal. Just as we were leaving and vowing not to have a third try at this location, the manager, in a very friendly manner offered a free coffee to go as they were soon closing and he would toss the pot. This wasn't necessary, but if that attitude had been evident in the rest of the meal, it would have been great.
