Excellent Value...amazing buffet breakfast included. 2 drink tickets per person and night time snacks all included. Beautiful property and very accommodating for those traveling with pets. We had our small dog with us and there are lots of places for them to walk/run and do their duties. Very friendly staff, will go back.

We stayed at the Oxford along with three other families over the Labor Day weekend and unfortunately we were all a little disappointed. The Front Desk staff was all very friendly and helpful but it seemed that it ended there. Evening reception was a nice enough, good selection of beverages. The four different items we all ordered from the Bistro were all pretty bland. The two mornings we had breakfast there we arrived an hour or so earlier before the end and yet they were always running out of food and the breakfast menu just kept shrinking. At one point, cold cereal was the only option but they were out of milk. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it offered a full “hot” breakfast. The rooms were neat and clean, an ample amount of extra linen was great. In addition, the pump dispensers for the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is a great idea; unfortunately, all but the shower gel were to low in product for us to utilize. On the morning of check as we were all loading up, we also had two employees from the front desk/management sitting on the curb next to our vehicles taking a smoke break. I understand employees take breaks but perhaps if they are smoke breaks they need to be taking in an area where guests/families do not have to breathe the cigarette smoke when there coming and going. I am not sure if the hotel was just understaffed or if they just typically are just hit and miss. Over all I would more then likely shop around for another hotel for our next stay in the area.

Room Tip: With a group where we had four rooms and they were all over, the hotel they all seemed equally neat...

I enjoyed the running/cycling path behind the hotel. My wife loved the shopping across the street at the Spokane Valley Mall. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub and breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and comes with a breakfast & two evening beverage tickets & a salad bar. We would definitely stay there again.

I would like to see awinings put on the outside patio in the morning while enjoying the breakfast. Cookies on weekends as well would be a nice treat.

Room Tip: Rooms on the pathway side are quieter that the mall side. Pathway side has the morning sun.

I thought the hotel was new while staying there and now see on this site it is an updated facility. I was impressed. Our room was comfortable and had plently of room. Stayed just one night while school shopping at the Spokane Valley Mall which is just on the other side of the parking lot. This hotel has plenty to offer. Bikes for use, a path to the river, a breakfast that is better than average, nice pool area and we liked the ease of the location. Felt safe and had a good night's rest. Because this is not a nationwide brand name we almost overlooked it. Glad we stayed there and when traveling in the northwest where Oxford Hotels/Oxford Suites are located we would look forward to another stay. I have been shocked by some of the prices hotels have been asking this summer. It is common during July to see a $200 to $250 a night. That is about twice our budget. So happy to stay at Oxford where we had everything we could have wanted or needed for close to $120 including all taxes.

Room Tip: Try the outside patio/deck and enjoy the view and green area toward the river

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, The rooms were nice and big and our family never felt couped up in them, it was very quiet, we enjoyed the pool. The free breakfest was ok the four days we were there I found they seem to have the same basic potatoes, pancake meals, they never had any yogurt, there was a good selection of fruit thank goodness as I found their hot breakfest items very tasteless, I was suprised they never offered biscuits and gravy when I was there. The cleaning staff and front desk staff could be a bit more friendly there was ever only one front desk lady that always would say hello, all the rest of the front desk staff were usually busy talking or complaining to each other or on the phone. Cleaning staff I would always say hello and they rarely would respond. The hotel is very close to shopping and only a short drive to big box stores.
