We booked a standard twin room online. Although airport transfers were mentioned we were not offered one. Having enquired we are able to get a free transfer on our departure.
Room was basic but clean with no frills, clean sheets and towels, no soap. Free bottled water, AC worked well, no TV just a wire in the wall, but then you only get Indonesian chanels anyway in this hotel. We were offered an upgrade to the next floor but as we were on a budget the upgrade was equal to our evening meal each night. Having read other reviews we assumed everyone received complimentary afternoon coffee and snacks, no, never assume.....because we were standard accomodation we would have to pay!
As mentioned in other reviews the hotel is out of town but unless you like a brisk walk it is more like 30mins and in the heat you arrive at your destination "a bit on the sweaty side".
Yes there are bemos and oejks but it is so much nicer to be able to walk out and around from your hotel. There is no other restaurant or hotel nearby and it is situated on a very busy, noisy road.
There is nowhere to sit outdoors and the garden is such that it is built into the hillside.

We stayed here for 2 nights, before moving on to Casa Selini's, in the town.
Rooms were over priced for what they were.
Bed was comfy, and wi fi ok.
Rooms were clean, shower fine.
Food at the restaurant was not great, and had a lot of flies, which I know can not be irradiated, but they can be reduced/ controlled, other places manage.
There was something large running around inside the wall cavity on both nights (can't be controlled by the hotel I guess)
Lovely view from rooms / out on walkway, and great walk through the hotel up to 'sunset point'.
Free airport pick up was worth booking.
Bit of a long (and hot!) walk into town (and uphill on the way back), but motorbike taxi's are cheap.

+Aircon; Good food at fair prices; free airport pick-up

- definitely not in the center of Labuan Bajo (even though the name suggests this); ridicoulosly high rates for motor bike rental (100'000 a day), laundry service and Komodo-Trips (in the center you can book the same trip for a third of the price!); preparation time for the food (one time we had to wait for 50 minutes, the second time for 90 minutes, even though we were the only guests in the restaurants!); staff is not always friendly (the guy at the reception lissened to a question and then just laughed!)

We would definitely recommend to go to another place (the second time we went to Bagus Bagus hotel, which offers better service at lower rates!)

The nicer rooms are very nice and comfortable - the standard rooms were so so (not much light, one smelled awful, no wifi - I upgraded to a nicer room upstairs). Staff are very nice... wifi worked well, food was nice and well priced. Free airport transport if you are just looking for a place to crash before a flight, Drawbacks are it is not close to town, nor the beach, nor does it have a pool, nor does it have a view of anything at all.

Room Tip: Standard Rooms are not so great - better to go for the nicer rooms upstairs

Decent sized rooms, good proper mattresses (ours were new) none of those foam things. Tv and free wifi that was in the whole hotel. Nice bathroom, no hotwater but you don't need it anyway.

Food excellent! Free tea, coffee and snacks between 1530 and 1800hrs.....ummmm....enjoyed them!

For Rp 350,000 per night including breakfast - we think this hotel is worth the value. Stayed on the 3rd floor opposite the owner's house. The first room's aircon wasn't working and was really hot so we moved to the room in the corner which is slightly bigger and have a much better air conditioning. Flores is really hot during the day so aircon is quite necessary.

I must say that this hotel have friendly staff. About 5-10 mins drive from the Airport. They can pick you up and drop you off (free of charge). The breakfast was just OK, mostly we ordered omelet.

I noticed that the cleaner clean the room really well, she clean all the rooms everyday although at that time the rooms were empty. Clean linen and nice big bed. There's no fridge in the room. Shower was just OK and the bathroom is a bit small with no hot water. Hot water is only available in the VIP rooms. There is no phone in the room also so if you need anything you need to go down to the reception area which is OK because the hotel is not big and you can do that easily.

We rented a scooter from one of their staff for Rp 40,000 for half a day (lunchtime - 9pm). You can also walk to the city center area (Jalan Soekarno Hatta) for about 15-20 minutes walk. Loved their sunset trekking area - we visited it once and I love it. I'm sure they could be better but overall we had a good stay there. Thank you Centro Bajo :)

We spent two nights here, one in the cheapest room and one in their standard one (250 and 350rp respectively), and overall we are satisfied.

The hotel is on the outer edge of town, about 15min walking or a short hop for 5000 rp by ojek from the center. A nice and new building and grounds, spoiled a bit by the hum of the nearby power station.

The cheapest room (on ground floor next to reception) was basic and quite infested with mosquitoes, also a bit damp. Had AC though, which helped, overall better to skip to the more expensive ones located on 1st floor.

The better rooms were clean, well equiped and looked nice, everything you would expect and we were quite happy with them. Staff was friendly.
