We stayed here for 2 nights in May. The booking process and settling into the accomodation was very easy. Correpondence from the owner was helpful, especially with info on local eateries and things to do and see.
The accomodation was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The ambience of the place was excellent and it was lacking in nothing really. The king sized bed was very comfortable, which was important as my wife has a bad back.
We liked the place so much that we referred another couple who also booked in and were fortunate enough to get a free massage (wish we had one,but oh well!).
I can recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet place to relax, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the views on offer.
this b&b and just the best, for everything! from the spectacular views to the warmth and comfort of the furnishings and finishes, it's just amazing. We felt like we were surrounded by all the creature comforts of a home away from home. We arrived to freshly baked bread awaiting us; all organic food provided and breakfast included options of cereal to farm fresh eggs, beautiful avocado and finished off with homemade jam. The space is perfect for a couple; the bed feels like you're sleeping on cotton wool, heaps of cushions to support the back when reading in bed and the living area adorned by really comfortable settees and a fire. It's a short drive to Shannon's 'The Piggery', walk tracks abound the surrounding national park and the little village of Sassafras is a stone's throw from there with lots of fab shopping, if you are into everything natural. Cannot wait to go back next year; it's going to be an annual visit.
