Unfortinately the hotel was let down becaus of its area there was graffiti most of the places outside but the apperance was brilliant. apart from that the holliday was a sucsess there was lots of activities and fun things for kids to do. we felt safe in the hotel and the activity centres.

Room Tip: higher floors have better views

Myself and my wife were in need of a holiday and some sunshine. We booked 1 week prior to going. The hotel is beautiful clean and tidy . The service is excellent and friendly. We went full board with Thomson the service we got was good even though we were not on all inclusive or the Red level service .
The room was luxurious and although only had a partial sea view (as booked) had a lovely view over the mountains farms and the sea.
The service at times was a little over the top as now i have reached the age of 50 i am still able to turn my own bed down prior to bed time.No doubt some customers enjoy this extra little service.
The food was good and there was plenty of choice and style.
The pool scene is great plenty of sun loungers and the massive pool is excellent.
Although this is a big hotel the whole place is very relaxing and because of its size it never feels crowded even though there is plenty to do in the pools ,sports and spa facilities.
We will return again when our batteries are in need of recharging.
Great holiday

This hotel is absolutely amazing in all aspects. We speant 10 days there in October with some friends at the Red Level area. This is an adults only area with your own terrace where you can have early evening drinks( included in the price) or breakfast. also dinner when booked.
The whole place is spotlessly clean and the level of service is amazing the staff seem to know what you are thinking and its just all there.
this is our second visit and sometimes when you return somewhere its never quite the same but here it gets better every time you go.
The main hotel is excellent in itself and you dont need the red Level but it does add that little extra special bits that make a holiday perfect.
They have a new pianist in Nemos bar - Kevin. He is amazing and wont last there long someone is going to snap him up as a future recorning artist amazing.

Room Tip: All rooms are great but if you want a little more luxury they have rooms with jacuzzi on balconies f...

Just come back from 4 nights in Sensatori Tenerife. We had previoulsy visited in March this year for just 3 nights. We returned to this hotel as the visit in March was so wonderful we thought we would try and book a similar trip to unwind.
Main differences from March to November was the food quality and service in the restaraunts. On a few occasions in the bookable restaurants the tables were not laid and cutlery and glasses were missing and we had to ask for these to be replenished. Resort was much busier than in March and the staff appeared to be run off their feet. On two occasions our drinks arrived after our starters and we had to ask for bread at nearly every meal. Quality of food was not as good as our previous visit either. Due to the time of year there were a lot more children at the hotel and although we were aware it is not a "couples" hotel some meals were not a "5 star dining experience". Our room was also below a family with a young child that was crying from around 7:00am each morning. I do think that maybe separate family dining and a little more care with regard to allocation of rooms would make it a better experience for everyone during busy times. The pools and the rooms however were fantastic as before and the lights and fountains are breathtaking. The hotel is laid out beautifully and the staff on reception at the hotel were very helpful indeed. I would recommend upgrading to the silver or gold all inclusive packages as we did for the last 3 days of our stay as the drinks, as you would expect in a 5 star hotel, can be a little pricey .Still one of the finest hotels we have stopped in but they just need to pay as much attention to detail as they did on our first visit which we could not fault. We met a couple who had also visited the Tenerife Sensatori previously and they agreed that the service was below par compared to their first visit. They had also been to the Crete and Egypt Sensatori hotels and commented that the service there was noticeably better.

Room Tip: We had a room on the north side of the hotel next to a road and close to a site where some construct...

We've had horrible weather, endless rain, quite exceptional in Tenerife. Because of this, several sections of the hotel were closed.

The hotel was full, so were the premium restaurants. How you can decide to close restaurants one or two days a week during such a busy period, was beyond us.

Our family room was really nice, but the (foam) pillows were not comfortable. We asked for feather pillows and, service minded as the staff (really) is, they brought another set of pillows, but unfortunately they were foam pillows as well..

Breakfast was fantastic, good selection and lots of things the kids liked.

Oasis restaurant: so-so, not a good selection for children

Marketplace restaurant: Good

Japanese restaurant (Teppanyaki): Very nice

After the weather improved, we could see how nice the facilities and pools really are.

Unfortunately, the (promised & advertised) Wifi in our room never worked, despite the efforts of the technicians to get it working.

Overall, we were satisfied, the children had a great time, even during the frequent rainy spells, also because of the entertainment offered (movies & shows).
