Very disappointed and really felt for the bride and groom on there very special day. Felt there wedding night was ruined by some rude staff and manager Sue wanting music that low by 8.30pm ,guests were singing louder than music. Sue could only state Noosa decibal laws are different and had to be kept low because of people complaining. This takes effect from 10.00 pm but music was put low one and a half hours early. Staff were clearing up so early and shutting doors on deck by 9.30pm and made guests feel like it was time to go. Even though there were still 30 or so guests still buying there very expensive drinks with inconsistant prices they were wanting people out by 10.00pm . I can only guess they were pleased with their takings for the night and had had enough. They managed to kill the atmosphere that much that everybody had left by 9.45pm. Not the way any one would want to remember their wedding night. Hope that Sue the owner and her staff take a long hard look at how they can improve there customer service. Oh and maybe improve there dessert menu and not just have the wedding cake which was supplied to them. They substituted there dessert for a few canopes before seating, how easy was that for them. Guests all paid for a four course meal .
