Room service cleaned my room an hour before checking out time and before I had checked out. I had removed most of my stuff to the car, but was coming back to check I hadn’t left anything in the room and check out.
I came back, saw room service had redone room for next guest, and there was nothing left in room.
On getting home I realised I was missing a red scarf which had been on the bed. This is an item of sentimental value. I have twice emailed two direct customer service people for this hotel. (I know are correct and current emails for people at this hotel as they emailed me re specific arrangements before my stay).
14 days and four emails later no one has replied.
Disappointing. Poor customer service :-(More
