“New Year's Day and still suffering!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2014

New Years eve night out for two and ended up with terrible stomach problems just from a simple chicken korma and/or a tikka massala?!.....which was one of the worst I've had by the way, with an awfulll look and taste, like a plate of died red sugar, what's that about? Restaurant was small, friendly and helpful, but not very clean and quite tatty...and they're opening another!!!!! Can any restaurant in the Weston super Mare area actually make a proper massala? Go to the award winning Winton Tandoori in Bournemouth, they'll show you how it's done. Folks!

Always consistently good food and very accommodating staff. Always happy to adjust to cater for nut allergy and you don't come away with the msg bloated feeling

“Nice little find”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 7, 2013

Visiting the area on business and staying near Bristol airport. Came across this small restaurant and takeaway hidden in Congresbury behind the main road. Sunday night and we were the only diners there but the takeaway trade seemed pretty good.
Had an excellent meal of a main course each plus bread and a side dish, pappadums and a couple of chilled cobras each. The food was freshly cooked, very flavoursome , nicely presented and with friendly service. The menu was interesting with some unusual house specialities .
Total bill was just under £36
We thought it was good value and a very enjoyable meal. Will return when next in the area.

“Great indian food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2013

Very friendly staff and fantastic food. The atmosphere is lacking but that is due to the layout of the building. Very good value and a nice pub around the corner (Old Inn)
