We enjoyed our food, which was beautifully presented as well as tasting delicious. House Sauvignon excellent and it was good to be asked the size of glass we would like rather than being automatically given the 175cl. Warm welcome and thoughtful service all evening by attentive but not obsequious staff. Not a lot of atmosphere (quiet evening?) but a lovely log fire to cheer us. Perhaps a little expensive, though we could have had a cheaper set menu. As it was a celebration dinner, we didn't mind on this occasion.
