I brought some visitors to Sarsa and my husband highly recommended the sizzling bulalo and the chicken inasal sisig. Those 2 dishes were immediately served and they were very good indeed. We were almost done and yet the roasted squash that we ordered has not arrived. We had to call the attention of the servers to follow up our order. Although there were quite a number of diners that night, yet, the servers were not that busy. Then our guests wanted to try their desserts. We waited for a long time for the desserts to be served. We again called the attention of the servers to follow up. The kitchen and the servers seemed to be at a loss regarding our orders. It turned out that our server failed to order them so we decided to go somewhere else for dessert. It is really irritating when orders are bungled. No matter how delicious the food is, the annoyance takes away some pleasure in the dining experience.

Our Operations Manager read an article about this restaurant in Global City named "Sarsa". We decided to check it out since we were in the area that day for our brainstorming. To our delight, Sarsa served very delicious food with reasonable prices and serving good for sharing. Must Try will be the Double Cooked Pork in Coconut sauce (i hope i got the product name right) and the Sizzling Bulalo. Our only regret is the Isaw thing which is expensive for 3 pieces and just the ordinary taste for a price of around Php 170.00.

Overall, it is worth recommending and definitly another visit.

Food is great. We're from Philippines but have been staying in Malaysia for about 4 years now. We saw one guy in Food Network channel swooning about the sizzling bulalo and we decided when we get a chance to go back in Metro Manila we will definitely stop by. And we did and we were not disappointed. The food is great and affordable. It was lunch time and we arrived around 1pm reason maybe the restaurant is just half full. We ordered some a la carte food and of course the sizzling bulalo. It was so good we decided that will be our first and last try of that menu. It is so rich that I can literally feel my blood pressure soaring and my cholesterol level is off the chart. Definitely my doctor was fuming mad when he saw my blood tests off the charts. However it was such a nice experience to have once every year.

In a hunt for a good resto and when we decided to try sarsa it never dissapoint. All of the food from the starters fried dilis to the main entress kansi bulalo, kare kare and to the grilled portions inasal pecho, hita, liempo and my favorite isol or chicken tail it delivered the perfect match with my ice cold beer. Price.. It's very affordable. Cheers to Sarsa

Been wanting to eat at Sarsa for the longest time. Finally, the day of spoiling came. It was a Sunday it was packed like crazy. Good thing we were only 2 and the bar was free for us to use. We ordered sizzling bulalo, tortang talong with crispy sardines and kesong puti and their house blend iced tea. Full meal!!! Will definitely go back but with a reservation the next time.
