If you want a high-end premium restaurant in Taguig. I believe that Vask would be one of them. They serve the best roasted pig and great tapas! I also enjoyed the sampler, steak and to top it off, wine was great! Oh well, obviously, I enjoyed everything. It's premium priced but it's worth it!

Dined here when they first opened. Service I thought was excellent but the food was average at best. The highlight of that night came when the chef came out to argue with me that the fish wasn't under-cooked. I thought it was highly unusual for a chef to come out and argue with a customer for a simple request of cooking the "same fish" tad bit longer. But then again, what do I know??
Fast forward to 2016......decided to give this place another shot. I was actually quite excited to dine here again. Did the tasting menu with wine pairing. My excitement soon turned into a disappointment as I tried one average dish after another in an almost empty dining room. Wine pairing wasn't much of pairing as they were introduced as "red", "rose", & "white" wine.
Not sure what it takes to be on the Asia's 50 Best Restos. But from what I can tell, I don't even think they're Philippines' 50 best. But then again, what do I know??

After a year in Africa, and years in places where you don't find decent restaurants you somehow want to indulge in great tasting food and great ambiance as well as great service and Gallery Vask is one good place to do so. We were in the area so we tried it and we were not disappointed. Ask the staffs what they recommend if you're not sure of what to have,they are helpful. Will definitely recommend and will be back when in the country. Good luck to the staffs,you're doing great.

Been here a few times and the food has been consistently good. Love the sampler, steak was perfectly done. have yet to have a bad experience. Service was good even though they were busy. Keep up the good work.

We were terribly late but the restaurant kindly accommodated -- pro tip: plan your travel times carefully for Manila's sometimes punishing traffic.

We had excellent tapas, excellent wine, and excellent service. We simply asked our waiter what was best and we were well-pleased.

A sure sign the experience is good? We closed the place and were reluctant to leave (though not pressured by the accommodating staff).
