Service was very good courteous and efficient, waiters were knowledgeable of their food and its preparation, something all good restaurants should do. Parking though was limited if you will be coming in as a group. Great voices of food, tapas and wine as well as non alcoholic drinks,

Gallery Vask is a 5-star restaurant that uses the magic of science and the flare of art to produce an impeccable menu.

Chef Chele Gonzalez commands an army of food geniuses, and is, until this day, Manila's best kept secret in fine dining.

Expect to pay about $200 for a full-course meal with wine for 2.

This is a place to celebrate good taste. You can bring friends, or a special someone, and it will truly be memorable. I highly recommend Vask at the fort district.

I've been traveling the world indulging in the best restaurants, and I have to say, Gallery Vask is in my top 10 best restaurants on earth.

Previously offering so-so Spanish fare, the menu was recently overhauled and Gallery Vask now offers diners a distinctly Filipino culinary journey. This was clearly a great decision since the menu change has elevated the restaurant into one of the best in Asia (#39).

We ordered the Lakbay tasting menu and were treated to a delicious full-course meal with scents, flavors and textures that, while uncharacteristic of typical Philippine fare, was still uniquely Filipino in taste. A bit pricey for local standards but still good value, considering that a comparable dinner would be 3 or 4 times the price in other countries. Impeccable service and great atmosphere as well. Highly recommended.

An amazing Culinary voyage, high teqniques, superb local ingredients and nice show on how to manipulate any ingredient. Expect high emotions 😊, Chef Chele and his Team they doing a superlative job. A wonderful experience at Gallery Vask. We started the evening over a cocktail in the outdoor lounge area, then were taken into the restaurant. My husband and I had the Lakbay degustation menu. Nine courses which was more like 14 with the chefs complimentary additions. Excellent food that showcases some beautiful sustainably sourced produce of the Philippines. We loved the chefs and waiters explaining each dish. Good wine selection, being from New Zealand we usually order a bottle of NZ wine if available and there was a good range to choose from. To top the evening off you are taken to the gallery to end the meal over art and tasting plate of Filipino sweets. A truly unique experience.
