“The Fort BGC..”
Reviewed May 16, 2013

So fortunate to be living really close to this place. The Fort is slowly becoming the new Makati (at least for me). It's walking distance from our house so we come here for almost everything. To gas up (they have Shell), to do the groceries (Market market mall or S&R), children's medical check-ups (St. Luke's), mini-marts on every other block, coffee or milk tea (a lot of Starbucks, CBTL's, Serendipitea etc.), take-away (Jollibee, KFC, etc), dine-in (lots of different restaurants at High Street/Fort Strip and great bars). There's the Mind Museum, NBC tent, and the Turf BGC (football field), Mercato Centrale (food trip galore), a lot of international schools as well (Chinese IS, Cambridge School etc.) and the newly built SM Aura (just opened today). The Fort is clean and not as congested as other cities in the metro. A lot of parks and parking space as well. The Fort bus, taxi cabs and electric powered tricycles are the only means of transportation for commuters.

“An Urban Highlight”
Reviewed May 3, 2013

Aside from a major business dwelling, this place offers various establishments such as restaurants, hotels, and schools. Budget-conscious travelers know better though. :)

“A very nice and new area in Manila”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

I am actually a Pasig/Ortigas girl. I hang out quite a lot around Ortigas and Edsa, Edsa Shangrila and Megamall, Podium and Galleria. But when I started going to The Fort. I found out that it's a really nice, new area in Taguig that's been well improved and developed. It used to be just a slum area before, and when buildings were being constructed there were nothing much to see there or go to there, except the Market, Market Mall. But now, it's full of a European and American dining places, areas and shopping areas. The Serendra is a nice place to go to to eat and the Bonifacio High Street as well. There is even a park in Boni High Street where you could take your dog for a walk or a stroll or just to relax and chill. They have a big wide outdoor screen at the park where they show movies for people to watch. People sit or lay on the grass to watch movies with their friends and families for free! I like the way things are organized in The Fort. I like going there to eat and shop. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. From local, Filipino restos to many other different type of cuisines. The area is classy and clean and organized! Love it! It's also surrounded with condominiums, Residential areas, offices, buildings and other commercial establishments. They have everything there! One of the things I'd like to purchase there in the future is a condo unit. :)
