stayed only 1 night in this hotel for my weekend stay .. hotel is relatively new .. a 4-5 star quality .. what i don't like during my stay are the elevators which really confused us and other guests as well .. i also don't like the on going construction around the hotel wherein vehicles are not accesible in the front area ..but these are few compared to its advantages.. for one thing ., the city suite that we book is quite nice, comfortable , functional , the breakfast was average compared to those in shangri-la and marriott , internet is free ( they provide a password ) , another thing i like is the staff service , genuine and seem very eager to please , from the front desk , coffee shop and bell personnel .. best asset is the location , a safe 5-10 minute walk to bonifacio high street , serendra and market market .. stone's throw away from mcdonalds , starbucks . and beside the st. luke's medical city ... hotel is not yet finished but yet shows much promise , and with the shangri-la and hyatt taking 2 years in construction , this one would be the best choice for accomodation in global city , fort bonifacio and farther makati area

Room Tip: higher floors have better views, and request for areas farther from those undergoing construction fo...

This is my second stay in the Philippines. Myt first time, I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel. The hotel was nice but old. The carpet was downright filthy and needed to be replaced. I was going throuhg the listings and came across the Best Western Premier F1. I was somewhat skeptical because the price seemd too low for a 5 Star Hotel. Once I got here, I was very impressed. It is less than a year old so everything is new. The staff was extremely friendly and cordial. The Brreakfast Buffet is AWESOME!! You get breakfast , lunch and dinner selections and the quality of the food is great. It is clsoe to shopping areas. It appears they are still a work in progress becasue there is some construction still going on. I think the reason the price is so low right now is to build up clientle because comparable hotels are charging much more for the same quality. Will definitely go back to this place if I return to the Philippines!!

This is a lovely new hotel in a modern location in Manila. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. I stayed for business for 4 nights and would also recommend the hotel restaurant. The downside is that the hotel seemed to have half of it's lifts out of service for most of the time, so getting from floor to floor took ages. I also could not understand why they named 3 of the floors number 5, which was confusing. Currently there is a new skyscraper going up next door to the hotel and the work on this went into the night. This was disappointing, as the roof terrace was relaxing, except for the building noise. The building workers next door could also overlook the swimming pool.

The new (as of late 2011) F1 Hotel in Ft. Bonifacio (also known as Taguig, Metro Manila) is a pleasant place to stay and, at the moment, the only full-service hotel in Ft. Bonifacio. The staff is young, competent, friendly, attentive, and eager to please. The restaurant meals are quite good and feature extensive buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (you may also order off of a menu or make special requests). The rooms are well-lit, and well appointed (phone, flat panel TV, wi fi, closet, desk, couch), the bathrooms are clean, and the bed is quite comfortable. The free Internet wi fi is of reasonable speed and has never been down during my four-week stay. The gym is small but has a nice complement of equipment and a very helpful, full-time staff member. There is a lap pool as well as a wading pool. The only downsides I've experienced have been an inefficient elevator configuration and occasional noise from new construction in lots adjacent to the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms as far from new construction as possible

Loved the stay in F1, can't say enough about it: very professional staff and bellboys, catered to my every request. Spacious room for the price, flatscreen TVs with cable, rooms were well-decorated and luxuriously furnished. Great location, in the middle of all shopping centers and best nightlife spots in Manila. Very convenient stay, has 24-hour room service including every item on the menu; has a well-equipped 24-hour gym with free-weights, Nautilus machines for every muscle group, and multiple treadmills; also has three pools: a children's pool, a medium-sized adult pool, and a 25-meter pool designed for swimming laps, latter of which I've never seen in a hotel. The buffet is incredible, and price is included with the room - all you can eat, about 50 different selections, including ~gourmet~ appetizers, pastries, breads and cheeses, and fruits; filipino, american, and chinese dishes with different varieties of meat, fish, rice, and noodles, well-cooked and well-prepared, as well as cookies, pudding, and cakes for dessert. All for breakfast. The location may be the best part of the stay, with all the newer shopping centers and nightlife close by, a safe neighborhood...I even went jogging alone at night, something I never thought I'd do in Manila. Staff catered to all requests without hesitation, from buying medicine for a stomach flu to making up the room at 11:00 PM. They'll take care of you. Ran into the general manager in the hallway, very friendly guy, even stopped to say hi and ask about the stay. Will definitely come back when I return to Manila.

F1 hotel is simply great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offer the best service. Our room was very well maintained with 2 LG flat screen TV and Samsung air conditioner (the air-con is separated from the building, it was easy to control the temperature of the room). Room amenities were complete. Even though some part of the building was still under construction they have great Gym, Swimming pool, Restaurant. Breakfast was amazing. They have amazing pastries, smoked salmon, fruits, cheese, filipino food, chinese food, etc. This hotel is in the middle of everywhere. easy access to Makati, Resort world, Airport, you can walk to malls like High-street, Serendra, Market-Market. McDonald's and starbucks are a block away. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Room Tip: Connecting Door between 2 Deluxe Rooms (you can have 3-4 beds and 2 rooms)- good for groups

My auntie asked me to go booked us a room in a hotel because her Japanese husband will visit her here in the Philippines. While browsing the internet, I got interested with this new hotel rising in Taguig. I checked the site and i told my auntie that there is a nearby hotel within our vicinity. She browsed the site and immediately asked me to call the hotel and go book a room for us. During our stay, my auntie's husband was really happy with the service. He kept claiming that Best Western Premier F1 Hotel was the best hotel he ever stayed. I myself admit that they really provided us with GREAT,AWESOME,SUPERB service. From reservations which only take about 5 minutes, accomodating and friendly staff, very neat, modern, spacious, elegant, and clean rooms, and superb room service. But the best part that I really enjoyed was dining at their "F" restaurant. They make delicious and appetizing food with a very wide range of choices.. My auntie's husband enjoyed their Japanese food. We will defintitely return and stay again in Best Western Premier F1 Hotel.. Good Job! They really did stood up for their name :)
