I've never been to North Korea but I imagine their hotel rooms would be like the ones at hotel Bosco, very austere, plastic office chair with no cushion at the dressing table, no full length mirror, the room was made even more dingy by the lack of light, I can only assume this was a further attempt to emulate their North Korean counterparts.
The menu in the restaurant lacked imagination and was quite limited, fortunately there is a Chinese restaurant on the opposite side of the road.
There is also no on site parking but if you arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am you can park on the street if you can find a space.
In summary a slightly less comfortable (but more pretentious) version of a travel inn.
