My wife and I stumbled across this pub whilst driving through the area. It was a Sunday at around 4pm. It said food served all day which I was dubious about because at some pubs that means you get some microwaved pre cooked food but this is not the case here. I had the roast beef which came with lashings of delicious gravy and with lovely Yorkshire puddings and tasty vegetables. My wife had the fish pie which she really enjoyed. The service was great, the girl who served us had a good knowledge of the real ales and was able to recommend one for me. This is a great pub, would not hesitate to come back again!

My boyfriend and I visited The Plough one summer's afternoon after it was recommended for great food and we were not left disappointed. I opted for the homemade fish pie which was really tasty with plenty of fish and flavour. My partner had the beef roast which he also really enjoyed. Lovely little beer garden and the pub is full of character and probably local characters!!

Fantastic end to a lovely day out in the Cotswold's.
Our third time visiting the Plough and the quality of the food is still of the same high standard.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
We will be back very soon.

Second stay for 4 of us this year. Had a great time with staff, locals and Craig the manager. My wife's fish pie and my chicken and leek pie were excellent. We were going to visit the racing stables of Jonjo O'Neils so the Plough was in a wonderful position (5 minutes drive away). Would come here from our South Wales home for a day out as long as we would be eating here.

We stayed here for two nights in the converted stables next to the pub. The accomodation was lovely and very good value for B&B compared to a lot of places in the area. The pub itself is warm, cosy and friendly, everything we were looking for with several real log fires and great local ales. We ate here for breakfast and dinner and the food was some of the best pub food i have ever eaten. With local pigeon and venison on the menu the food was all in season and absolutely delicious. For breakfast we were able to order pretty much anything and I had a fantastic plate of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The manager and staff were really friendly and helpful too. It was really busy all the time we were there so you need to book to eat. I would highly recommend it and would defintely go back.
