“SEA FEVER CRUISES”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

Skipper owner is Alastair Smith & you couldnt find a better guy . He does bay discovery & history tours for small parties , 6 would be tops but very comfortable for 4 .Fairly priced his knowledge of the area is first class. Next day he took us out fishing in The Sea Fever & again his pricing & attention was great , the full day rate is excellent value & gives you good opportunity to catch fish. He cleans & fillets them & provides morning/afternoon teas.

“Kingfish Lodge”
Reviewed January 24, 2013 via mobile

We had lunch yesterday at the newly refurbished Kingfish Lodge which was superb and very enjoyable for a party of seven. We arrived by our own boat but the Lodge has its own boat "Freedom" which they use to collect guests for a small fee from Whangaroa. Definitely worth a visit to enjoy the food and the spectacular scenery.

If you're heading for the Cape, I would recommend this as a stop over then you can head along the coast for great fish and chips!
