We are a family with two young daughters and a dog who have just returned from spending one night at this really homely B&B. The accommodation is ideal in that it is an annex which is separate to the main house but still has the benefits of a B & B. The soft furnishings were really tasteful and the whole room had a really clean feel to it. We were given a very warm welcome. Would definitely go back there when visiting the area again.

We had a six night stay here in June. From the outset our hosts Tye and Diane were most welcoming and friendly. There are only two rooms in this post office/shop conversion attached to the main house on the quiet main road in in the little hamlet of Worth. Easy to find - the post box is still outside! We had the family room at the back with a nice large, very comfortable double and a single bed. All the usual niceties in the room tea/coffee making facilities, white bed linen, wonderful crisp white towels - changed several times during our stay, TV, wifi, ample coathangers in wardrobe etc. There were a couple of nice extras - fresh small bottles of water every day, a laminated map of the area and a torch/lantern for power cuts (which was not needed!). The newly fitted all white bathroom had a brilliant shower and an efficient extractor fan with shower gels and shampoos.

Breakfast is in a little room adjacent to the bedrooms reached by walking through the car port - handy if it had been raining. The food was yummy - no set menu just ask for anything to be cooked and it quickly appeared - wonderful. For those on a lighter diet there was always freshly prepared fruit available with yoghurts and cereals. Tye in his pinny was a sight to behold!!!

There is a beautiful private garden at the back of the house with a raised patio seating area which Tye and Diane said we were most welcome to use but sadly we were unable to take them up on this offer as we had to be elsewhere for most of the time. Unfortunately, neither of the bedrooms looked onto this fabulous garden but it certainly didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

We had a couple of evening meals in the village at the Blue Pigeon - a couple of minutes walk away. Be prepared for a long wait on a Saturday night as the the pub is very popular with the locals but the food is very good. On our next visit the waiting time was minimal and again very good food. It had a very pretty garden area at the back - nice for summer evenings.

During our stay we left a light on in the car overnight resulting in a flat battery - but Tye was so helpful by backing up his car so that we could charge it whilst having breakfast. He even offered the loan of his car to help us out if it hadn't worked.

To sum up, we had a great time at Chilton Villa - arrived as strangers and left as friends. Tye and Diane are the perfect hosts and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here as it is in a great position for visiting the wonderful county of Kent for a few days or just for an overnight stop before catching the ferry at Dover.

Thank you Tye and Diane for a great stay!

This really is a great B&B run by people who care about making their guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We were made to feel welcome as soon as we had got out of the car, given advice on local places of interest, places to eat and also nice walks/running routes.
Both Tye and Diane are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful, without being overbearing.
The room was spotless, with a new shower better than mine at home!! There is no doubt that we will be staying again next time we are that way.
Thank you both .

Spacious room, new shower, immaculate throughout. Delicious breakfast, specially cooked at a time convenient to me. Nice to have a chat with the owner. Didn't have time to explore the rest of Worth but the pub down the road certainly looked like it was worth investigating. l'd definitely go back.
