“Hotel great,Breakfast poor and expensive”
Reviewed March 1, 2013

Room clean and warm, staff very friendly.Breakfast not so good, buffet style on a hot plate meant most items dry and hard.Boiling water from a machine which tasted of chemicals.Would not recommend breakfast, far to expensive for the poor quality.

always a pleasure staying here..staff very friendly, and very handy location to all major roads. I have been stopping at this hotel for some time now, and find it very comfortable and clean and have recommended it to all my business associates

Everything you might expect from a good over night hotel with the benefit of great staff which always makes a deference and helps make this Premier Inn stand out from others in this market sector. We stayed here for three very cold nights, snow and ice but were warm throughout. We found all the staff good, friendly and polite with the ones in the restaurant remembering our name each time we went in. The room has all you need, clean and comfortable and the Inn is well placed for main roads and only 10 mins into Stirling. Would definitely stay again.

The usual premier inn style room - it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. We got a great rate through booking early.

The restaurant on site was good - it was the chip shop take away night in addition to the usual menu, so we opted for the eat as much as you want chippy deal. Very tasty!

We'd certainly return again as the location was good and the service was good also.

Had to go to stirling for a surprise birthday party this month, the hotel was clean and tidy and the staff very very helpful very polite. I did think the breakfast was a bit expensive especially if you were paying for 4 people but it was good quality and once again staff very helpful and explained everything really well.

Pretty standard for Premier Inn located close to the main road heading into Stirling. Clean and comfortable with a Brewers Fayre type pub next door doing the usual identikit menus at decent value.
If staying opt for first floor odd numbered rooms as even rooms back onto main road which is busy. Overall not bad for a couple of nights stay.

Managed to get an excellent deal online for this premier inn hotel and thought we would take kids along, The family room had a proper extra bed plus the fold down settee which was great for our two girls. Room looked recently refurbished and was excellent, modern, clean and very comfortable. I would definately agree with Valerie H re creaking floorboards, very noisy and woke us up several times, def would ask for first floor room next time.
Only slight downside on arrival was having to wait quite a while to have someone available at reception, a broken window in reception and the mountain of rubbish in the corridor, which i have to say was all gone by the time we had unpacked..
Food in adjacent Beefeater was just as you would expect - nothing special but fine if you didint want to travel back into stirling for dinner.
Unfortunately we missed breakfast as we had read the info wrong but managed to get some at a local cafe.
Amazing value for money and will definately be back to this particular hotel as ideal for stirling and surrounding areas.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper ask for a first floor! Check if lift working before booking, it wasnt...
