Keith and Zoe (with sons Joe and Ash) at the Green Grove Bed and Breakfast were the perfect hosts in the perfect bed and breakfast, and I can be fussy! They were friendly and respectful but not overbearing. They made us and our two children feel instantly at home. We were offered tea or coffee (kids hot chocolate) as soon as we walked in the door, which was really appreciated. The home is finished to a supurb standard, being of luxury standard. The fitting and fixtures, and the entire build has been finished with guest total relaxation in mind. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was a cold day when we visited, but the roaring fire in the guest lounge was a favourite spot. In summer, the terrace and view would be stunning. Room one was a little cool, but Keith and Zoe asked if we would like the heating kept on overnight(it was going to be minus seven) so this was fine. Nothing was too much trouble! The room even has a skylight for star gazing, which closes on an electric switch. The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated, as were the other rooms. It was very peaceful and quiet. The surrounding area was stunning. You are in the countryside, but not far from little villages and bigger towns. I would not hesitate recommending this place to my best friend, Mum or anyone! Even the most discerning traveller will not be disappointed. I would book early to secure a room, as we nearly missed out. More rooms are being planned.

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely! All have stunning views. Room one is the family room. It has a large/ king...

The whole property is immaculate and beautifully arranged.
Keith, Zoe and their boys were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them.
We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.
We had the 4 poster bed room which was soooo comfortable. The shower is brilliant.
Lovely view and very peaceful.
Breakfast was all local produce with a wide range of options. Left feeling very full and extremely satistified.
Can't wait to stay there again.

Room Tip: We were upgraded to the four poster room for free but would have happily have paid the extra for the...

Kieth and Zoe had only just got up and running with their new venture yet everything was superb and finished to the highest standards. We took the last room, the family room and it was spectacular and thankfully there was no compromise on the beds we could have slept forever. We found it by chance looking for somewhere quiet, small, friendly, warm and welcoming and we weren't dissapointed.

We will reccommend it to all our friends and hopefully will be back soon.

Room Tip: Any they are all great

We chose this B&B for its good location for exploring the south/western Yorkshire Dales and excellent reviews -- and we weren't disappointed on either count. The room was large, comfortable and finished to an extremely high standard -- more like a smart hotel than a humble B&B. The owners, Keith and Zoe, were exceptionally warm and friendly and more than happy to chat and answer our questions. At the same time, they also gave us plenty of privacy when we wanted it. We had the double room, which -- like the others -- has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. It was very peaceful and we slept well. The food was excellent, with a buffet offering a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt etc and cooked breakfast to order. There was also a communal fridge so you can help yourself to fresh milk, juice and water and store your own supplies, if required. The wifi worked well, which was handy because the digital TV reception was not good. All in all, it's a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the beautiful Dales countryside. If only there was a pub or restaurant within walking distance it would be perfect!

At the time of our booking there were very few TA reviews on this property so we took a chance on it, and we are so glad we did. Keith and Zoe are working hard to create a warm and welcoming guest experience and we were made to feel very welcome. Keith has designed a beautiful new extension to his original home as the bed and breakfast consisting of 3 charming rooms, separate entrance and breakfast room, whilst attached to the house has good separation from their own dwelling, but still close enough to provide guests with a good level of service without compromising privacy. Upon entering the 4 poster bedroom we were wowed by the wonderful floor to ceiling windows that providing beautiful view of the countryside. The room itself is nicely presented with a comfortable bed, good linens and spotless bathroom with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good and plentiful. As the only guests for our stay which was sadly too short our hosts were very accommodating by giving us a late check out and offering not only tea and biscuits on arrival but tea on departure after a lovely but wet long walk and a chance for another warm shower to warm up upon departure. We can only wish them well in their new venture, they have designed a warm environment with attractive rooms and are very keen to make there guests feel at home. We wish this lovely couple the best.

Room Tip: They are all excellent rooms.

Everything about this B&B is exceptional, the view from every room is stunning. the rooms are worthy of a five gold star hotel and the hospitality is typically Northern. Zoe and Keith treat their guests as if they were family and the breakfast set us up for the rest of the day. From the welcoming cup of tea when we arrived to the paying of the bill as we departed the whole experience was truly fantastic. A big thank you to both of you.
