The rooms are very nice and clean (deluxe room). Tasteful decor and beautiful views. The breakfast was good and the staff where friendly. There are quite a few stairs however it didn’t bother us, but perhaps for someone with mobility problems this might be an issue.
On the 3rd night, whilst taking a shower, the water started to turn yellowish brown (as a result my towel also turned brown). The lady at the reception was not very helpful. A complete lack of care. We called three times to get an explanation and received no apology. She suggested we use the showers situated by the pool, AFTER I had asked how I was supposed to wash off the dirt. I can understand sometimes small hotels can face difficulties however their attitude was terrible. If she was at least apologetic, shown some concern or even offered us complimentary drinks we wouldn’t have been so upset, it ruined our entire evening. Apart from this issue the hotel was lovely.
If I went back to Skiathos, which I probably will, I would probably stay closer to the town centre.
