“Fabulous Cottage”
Reviewed October 22, 2014 for a stay in October 2014

Stayed at Blossom Cottage for 3 nights. Used the cottage as a base to explore York. Door to Rawcliffe park and ride (by car) in 15 mins and a further 15 mins to get into York. HOuse was spacious and well equipped and lovely and warm!.

“Lovely Cottage”
Reviewed October 21, 2014 for a stay in October 2014

Our family enjoyed a super break in a lovely welcoming cottage so suitable as I have a mobility problem. The cottage was well equipped with everything we could want and the family enjoyed the Games Room. The owners were very welcoming.

“Lovely cottage in a great location”
Reviewed October 7, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

We returned recently from a week at Blossom Cottage. It is ideal as a base for visiting York , Harrogate, Castle Howard - a must! - Scarborough etc. But if you just want a relaxing rest the cottage itself is perfect. It is incredibly warm and therefore if you wanted a break in winter I would think it would be ideal. It is very comfortable with every facility that you could possibly need including of course the opportunity for a great game of pool. For me personally a big hit was the comfortable bed. Very important! Derek and Marcia could not have been more welcoming. They would be there if needed and yet not intrusive. All in all just give it a go!

“A wonderful 3 day break”
Reviewed September 9, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Everything you could ask for, great house and a lovely location. I would recommend the park and ride for York! So much to do and see my 8 year old loved the train museum, he planned to do a lot more but sadly we were only up for a long weekend! Games room at the house went down well with children and adults alike! All 6 of us had a wonderful time, and we are already planning a longer return visit!

“Friendly owners with well appointed cottage”
Reviewed August 30, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

The cottage is a couple of miles from Easingwold a lovely village on the way to Harrogate about 20 mins from York. Good location for exploring North Yorkshire with Scarborough/Whitby, Harrogate, York, Thirsk, Ripon and the moors an easy drive away. Cottage itself is well appointed (probably one of the best we have had) with a washing machine/tumble dryer and a games room with a full ping pong table, pool table and dart board and a host of board games. The owners are very welcoming and live on site so there to deal with any issues not that we had any. We will definitely return - A big thank you and a thumbs up Thanks Sarah

“Great little cottage.”
Reviewed August 17, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Had a lovely break at Blossom Cottage. Catered for all our needs. Our 9yr old loved the games room and our toddler loved the cows just across the large driveway. It was a great base for visiting local market towns, York and also the coast not too far away! Derek and Marcia made us really welcome and gave good advise on places to visit. Will definitely return. Great value for money. Pictures don't really do it justice.
