After being turned away for not having a reservation we booked the following night and had the good value set meal with soup, main and juice for $10/head. Chatting to the owner and viewing the kitchen I can see why they insist on bookings as it was minuscule! Definitely one of the better places in town but you have to remember that the Galapagos is not renowned for it's gastronomy.
Other recommendations would be Cesar's on the main Plaza which had a great $5 set lunch and new espresso machine and the restaurant at the Iguana Crossing Hotel if you want to splash out (OK but not great value). Neither have listings on TripAdvisor yet.
