This was a go to café for any time of day, for a coffee, drink or informal meal, for advice on the local, events or language, for a chance to meet locals or other holidaymakers alike, for good value, food and wine - do try the Macedonian white; it's a grower - and last, but not least, great service. It's true that the women there don't speak much English, but the menus are multi-lingual and if linguistic problems remained one of the staff spoke almost flawless English and locals as well as other customers were happy also to help. It enjoys a great location on the small, main road through the village, beside the Bay of Kotor / Prcanj's little marina, next to the Post Office and it is handy for the village bakery. It's a good place for a morning coffee in peace and quiet while watching the world go by or as a rendezvous if heading further afield, into Kotor or Tivat, say. Staff will call a taxi on such occasions. It's décor is of its time (which I find interesting and it is the same for many eateries throughout Montenegro). It is kept very clean, both inside and outside. My only gripe - and this applies to the vast majority of eating places in Montenegro - is that smokers are allowed indoors as well as outdoors. That aside, I am happy to recommend the Kaffe Centar wholeheartedly. Go visit and enjoy! I hope to patronise it on my next stay in Prcanj.
(Please note that my last stay was in June and July 2013 (I had to click on August 2013 on the Tripadvisor site, but don't want to mislead anyone.)
