The hotel Is EXCELLENT I like the staff as they are very welcoming and accommodating. I forgot the name of the receptionist that helped us to have an early check in and make sure that the room is next to each other. I think her name is LINDA or LISA. but thumbs up to her she made us feel at home :)

The restaurant is very good, the food is freshly cook, fare price what more can you asked for.
The host/manager is lovely, her name is LAURA she is very welcoming and hard working. two thumbs up to her and the restaurant team. keep it up guys.

I use Premier Inn hotels quite often when working away as they are pretty consistent as far as value for money and comfort are concerned. This is a well run hotel, All staff helpful & polite. Hotel is well situated for ease of access to motorways.

The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. the rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Our family group of 12 booked a table for the evening meal in the attached pub. again the staff were friendly and efficient. We chose the buffet and there was plenty of choice.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied and served by smiling staff.
one of our group had a problem with the heating in their room but the staff went out of their way to rectify this and supplied extra warm bedding. We stayed on a busy bank holiday weekend but the staff had time for everyone. We will use this hotel again-- its main attribute is it's staff.

Room Tip: rooms on the car park side are quiet

This hotel is very easy to find; is close to the motorway junction; and is not too far from Liverpool city centre. It has ample parking and lives up to the Premier Inn guarantee in terms of cleanliness, facilities and service!

The Brewers Fayre pub next door does standard but good food and the service in both places was excellent. If you want to start with a hearty breakfast, then I'd opt for the Premier Breakfast too, as there was a large range of options on their 'eat as much as you like' menu!

For a brand that you know what you're buying, it does exactly what it says on the tin!

Room Tip: Try and get a room with Odd numbers as they face away from the main road - although traffic noise wa...

We booked a quad room for our one night stay, following a family day out at Knowlsley Safari Park. Jacqui on reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was plenty big enough for four and was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Spot on for a family break - value for money.

A group of 16 of us paid for 10 rooms here for New Years. Our room was immaculate, the bed comfy, the shower hot - everything we needed! The woman on reception was lovely and cheerful, even though she was working New Years. Breakfast was the usual, lot's of choice. For £50 it did the job perfectly.
