We had a wonderful stay at Cento Ulivi, for a week in early July. We were two families with 7 year old children. We enjoyed everything: the pool, the view, the breakfast and the three ladies, who really give their best to make your stay as nice as possible. We celebrated our daughter’s 7-th birthday there, and Luciana made this delicious homemade cake, so thanks again. The location is not far from the airport and in minutes away to drive to Porto Rotondo and all the nice beaches. We recommend this place from all our heart.

The three ladies that are running the Cento Ulivi make the whole difference. Spent three nights there and felt realy at home at this wonderful B&B overlooking a gorgeous mountain range in Sardenia. It is really nicely located in the North east part of Sardenia close to Proto Rotondo (my favorite in Sardenia sofar). Ivania is very knowledgable and experienced in local gems when it concerns good places to eat without being ripped off. Titziana and Luciana make everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Luciana's cooking is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. and very tasteful. I wished they had fresh italian bread instead of toast but I can live with that. enjoy the grass and hammock.
one warning...when travelling by car, take the 3rd exit to Porto Aranchi on route 125. make sure that you see signs for Porto Marinella and Cento Ulivi sign before the exit.

Room Tip: the first room is the biggest.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Cento Ulivi which is about a 15 minutes drive away from Olbia Airport situated in the quiet hills next to Porto Rotondo. The place is a little paradise in the landscape: A very nice garden with many flowers, terraces in front of each room as well as next to the breakfast pavilllon and the pool from which you alway have great panoramic views. The rooms are quite big and very tidy. Ivania - the owner - transformed a former farmhouse into a very beautiful and cosy place by decorating it in her aesthetic "maison blanche"-like style.
But not only design and location are what makes the place so extraordinary. It is the way how Ivania together with Lucia and all the others take care about there guests. They spread a cordial and welcoming atmosphere always being helpful and giving you recommendations where to go, where to eat etc. when needed.
One highlight was our dinner on the terrace next to the pool prepared by Lucia. She is an excellent cook and prepared a whole 5 course italian dinner for us. She also prepares the great cup-cakes and other lovely cakes for breakfast.
We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Cento Ulivi! Thank you Ivania and your team!

My husband and I stayed here after busy traveling in mainland Italy for three nights. I have to say our experience exceeded our expectations! On our way to find the B&B, we got lost... however, one call to Ilvania (the owner) and she knew exactly where we were and DROVE to find us and lead us back -- so incredibly nice of her. When we arrived our room was perfect -- very calming, clean and a beach theme decoration (but very classy -- lots of whites which we love). They had the fridge loaded with complimentary drinks and let us know to help ourself to anything in the kitchen. The kitchen BTW, is a beautiful open aired room right off the pool with glass doors all around. Every morning they have a wonderful breakfast and will cook you eggs and make cappuccino for you -- on top of all the meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, etc.

Ilvania and Titsiana were incredibly welcoming and warm. They had great restaurant recommendations and helped set up our boat trip to snorkel. We were so happy we stayed there and would definitely go back! The atmosphere, pool and people are amazing! Plus -- if you love dogs, which we do, they have three you can visit with which we loved! Ilvania made sure to ask if we liked dogs when we arrived and if we weren't they would stay at her mom's place -- so no worries if you do not want them around... plus they stay close to Ilvania's house on the property.

All in all, stunning views and I was so sad to leave. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!!!!

We booked a week at this B&B directly through the website - we saw it on i-escape and then went direct for a slightly discounted price. From start to finish the booking process was super easy. Ivania (the owner) could not be more helpful - there is nothing that is too much for her and her team. She directed us from the airport, guided us with car hire, recommended beaches, restaurants and places to visit.

The room was beautiful, light, airy and spotless! The poolside area was great, very relaxed in the middle of the countryside and every room has their own little terraced area which is perfect for drinks in the evening or some shade in the day. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit picked from the tree on one morning, pastries, eggs, salami, cheese and the best coffee.

We cannot rave about this place enough, a must if you are exploring the north of Sardinia.

Thank you thank you Ivania.

Emma & Tom.

We stayed in this B&B during our honeymoon for two nights prior to chartering a yacht and sailing around the Maddalena Archipelago. We returned two weeks later before we left Sardinia.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay. The rooms are beautifully put together and the swimming pool is lovely. The view from the swimming pool is stunning. The breakfasts were great- normally consisting of delicious coffee, toast, eggs and some cakes.

The place is owned and run by a lady called Ivania. Ivania is lovely. Warm and welcoming. Really nothing is too much trouble for her! Our car hire fell through when we arrived due to the useless car hire company (Dollar Car Hire) and so Ivania very kindly offered us her car for 24 hours so we could visit the shops to buy some supplies for the boat. Talk about going the extra mile for her guests!!! Ivania and the rest of her team really are so lovely and welcoming.

Before I booked this place I looked into booking the very expensive Petra Segreta hotel. However, I am sure that this place is much more friendly and offers considerably better value and a much more more boutique experience.

One night we decided to eat in the hotel and Luciana, the cook, made us a delicious dinner for two that just went on and on! Delicious food just kept appearing on the table and the wine was plentiful and delicious. All for about 60 euros. Great value for what was provided.

Another night Ivania actually drove to a pizzeria to pick up a take away pizza for us. What amazing service!

The B&B is actually more like a small boutique hotel. Such a lovely place, great quiet rural location yet close enough to airport to make it a great stop off (not on the flight path so no plane noise to worry you). Lovely swimming pool, GREAT staff. Cannot recommend the place enough!!

Best wishes,

Kuki and Matt

We booked a week here after initially seeing it on i-escape. We booked directly via e-mail and everything was very easy to organize.
The nearest airport is in Olbia and is easily within 30 minutes of the B&B. The B&Bis sited on a slight hill with lovely views over the valley. It is a bit isolated with no bars or restaurants within waalking distance and you'll want to use a car to get around.
The rooms are fairly simple, but elegantly decorated in pale/white colours. The bathrooms are modern and everything works well (excellent water pressure etc). Each room has its own small area of terrace. However, the rooms either face east or west, so it may be worth specifying which you prefer depending on whether you want morning or evening sun.
There is a small lawn and there are lots of beautiful flowering shrubs scattered around the B&B. The pool is attractive, but unheated. We visited in June and the water was a bit too cool to be comfortable. However, I assume it may warm up through the summer. There are sadly no parasoles offering shade around the pool but this may in part be due to the occasional strong breezes that could blow them over.
Breakfast is a very simple affair - tea/coffee, white sliced bread, cakes, a few other bits and pieces. They will cook you an egg if you ask, but if you expect anything substantial, you'll be disappointed. There is no fresh ciabatta or other local speciality breads which is a bit of a shame.
The owners are friendly and usually around to answer any queries or to offer help about restaurants and the local area. We were slightly surprised to receive a "telling off" about using sun cream! They appeared concerned it might stain/mark the bedroom furnishings. However, for us pasty Northern Europeans, we simply have no option!
Overall, a nice place to stay and generally a good location from which to explore the north-east of sardinia.

Room Tip: consider whether you want morning or evening sun as the rooms face either east or west.
