This flat was just perfect for our family 3 adults and one child. There is even more beds for at least 2 or 3 persons. We really enjoyed the location which is near the Rialto bridge, there are good restaurants around the flat, you don't need to walk too long to find a meal. The flat is fully equipped with a kitchen even we did not use it except the fridge, if you need to find food / drinks the Rialto mercato is not far and there is as well a small supermarket "Coop".
The flat is quite big and perhaps the small thing missing is more shelf in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms are very big and enough space for a longer stay. There was always hot water and the heating was working well. The flat was clean and tidy when we arrive.
The TV is a bit small and to find specific channels could be long (the french ones are located at around 400, but we did not use it too much and the good point is there is a free Internet in the flat. There was many printed sheets for the Vaporetto lines and some guides in English to help people finding things to visit and restaurants: that helped us a lot.
The greeting service was perfect and the person gave us good advices for food and what to visit in the city.
I would strongly recommend that flat for a stay in Venice and we would for sure keep that address for another visit.
We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely apartment. Location is ideal, right by Rialto Bridge, in the middle of shops, restaurants. Helpful meet & greeter. Apartment was clean with everything you could wish for for a short break away. Useful information guide provided by the owners.

Stayed here with 2 friends. The bedrooms are spacious and airy. Marco the owner was very friendly and helpful. Great location short walk from Rialto Bridge and near lots of nice shops but set in a quiet courtyard away from the hustle and bustle. Would definately stay here again.

This is a delightful apartment in an ideal setting! I stayed with my husband and three grown up children and we loved it. It's right in the heart of Venice but so peaceful too. It has everything you need for a great holiday- really well equipped and even has wifi. Highly recommended!

Several friends and I stayed here this past summer and this review is long overdue. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment. First, it was so easy to communicate with Marco, the manager, and to arrange payment and check in time/place. Second, the apartment itself is beautiful - clean, spacious, and with everything that you'd need for a stay in Venice. Third, it is in an amazingly central location (right near the Rialto bridge) but still in a very quiet area. Fourth, the price was so, so reasonable...it ended up being cheaper for us than staying in a hotel where we would have had much less space.
The absolute only caveat I have relates to Venice in general and not to this apartment in particular. Basically, it is extremely easy to get lost and if you don't have a map, forget about trying to locate the apartment the first few times you go out and want to come back. As soon as you arrive in Venice, buy a map (very cheap, they sell them everywhere for just a few Euros). Then, mark off the apartment on the map and you should have no problems!
We really had such a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at BiancaTea for 3 nights and absolutely loved the apartment and location. Tucked away in a beautiful quiet courtyard just 2 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, the apartment is very well finished and is exceptionally clean.
We were met at Rialto by a welcome representative, Martina who was extremely helpful and showed us the way from Rialto to the apartment as well as pointing out the key landmarks and supermarkets in the local area.
There is a multitude of restaurant options right on the doorstep however because of the perfect central location of the apartment, it's also very easy to walk to some quieter restaurants away from the Grand Canal.
Overall a fantastic stay and can highly recommend BiancaTea!
