Pizza was piping hot and very good after all day travel. The beers were ice cold and very great tasting.

We really loved our visit here. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Martine made our meal special. The pizza was good and perfectly crispy, we had one veggie and one cheese. Pasta carbonara was also top notch. The duck was a real treat; the pepper caramel sauce is to die for. The only so-so thing was the onion soup. It could have used some more salt and oniony flavor. When the meal was over, my wife and I were treated to complementary after dinner liqueurs (passion fruit and coffee), this was a nice touch. And then to cap off a perfect dinning experience, the chef drove us all back to our hotel saving us the cab fare. We would definitely go back and highly recommend L' Oasis. PS. There is some very nice and affordable jewelry for sale there.

We hit this restaurant at least twice every year while in St Maarten. Each time we say we are going to try something else, we just love the thin crust pizza and the goat cheese salad. Martine is a wonderful host and we can't wait to go back again next year!

We love everything about this place in March 2013 we had frequented a few times during our visit for breakfast based on reco of our Hotel Concierge - the atmosphere, service, food were spectacular! We visited St Martin again in March 2014 and immediately went back- and were so happy to see the owner is still there warmly greeting and serving all customers with her French charm. The food was just as wonderful - seriously the best French toast! This visit we even went for dinner one night and again did NOT disappoint- lovely wines and great food!

we had breakfast here on the 2nd morning of our honeymoon. I had the ham and cheese omelet and my husband had french toast. Both were delicious and VERY affordable compared to the sub-par food at the Westin. They owner was so nice and we bought a baguette at the store next door that we enjoyed on the beach later that day. Lunch on the 4th day was so so. We each had a pasta dish that was not near as amazing as our breakfast.
