Great restaurants, great views. On the dividing line so you get both Dutch and French atmosphere. It's a little small but we liked that. The area is very clean and very beautiful homes.

The service is second to none. The management is extremely aware that the island's #1 economy booster is tourism. Finally, someone in the time share industry who gets it!!

Oyster Pond straddles the border of St Maarten and St. Martin on the east side of the island. With views of St. Barths and a beautiful bay to take in the sun, you can't go wrong.

We had an appartement here, I have to say this was an excellent place. Beautiful views on the marina, very very quiet at night (loved that!!)
there are enough restaurants for you to spent a whole week. There are places were you can get a cocktail and in the morning you can get fresh baguete and pain au chocolat at the small shops.
Beautiful bay just nearby (Baie de l’Embouchure), with an observatory deck, where you can just stand at look at the sea and hear the birds.

This is a nice part of the island, with great restaurants and a nice grocery. We stayed at the Westin which is on the same road.
