Owner description: White Sand Water Sports located at the Reef Resort in East End offer a variety of excursion to keep you entertained all vacation long. Small group boutique style SCUBA diving, Two stop snorkel trips, Hobie Getaway sail snorkel safaris, jet ski wreck adventure, and snorkel tours, and our MOST popular, sunrise sting ray city trips, that also take you to a great snorkeling site. We also offer ISLAND WIDE delivery, and the best price for stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear rentals. But what we are MOST excited to announce is our new toy the Jetovator. Sore 25 feet in the air, or 10 feet under water, barrel rolls, back flips! Or just relax and cruise around at a slow pace. These water jet bikes are SUPER fun, and surprisingly easy to learn. We usually have people flying within 10 minutes. If you are interested in any of our tours send us an email with your questions. We HIGHLY recommend booking in advance to guarantee spaces, especially our sunrise tour.

We chose to do the "sunrise sting-ray" tour for a few reasons, the primary one being that we would be the first boat out to the sting ray sand bar. There were a couple of options for sting ray tours and we're so glad we selected White Sand. Our guide, Chris, was super. He helped us have a really fun and relaxing experience. There was no timeline; he let us go at our pace. The boat departed from the North End, Kaibo, before 8 am. There were eight people on the boat, including us. We rode to the sand bar which was just a short 15-20 minute boat ride. We were indeed the first boat there. It was really fun to stand in the water and have sting rays swim all around us. We also got to feed them! Cool. After everyone had enough at the sand bar (and other boats started bringing more people), we rode just a hundred yards or so over to the reef where we snorkled. That was really cool too. Chris told us all about the area, and he told us all the great places to go snorkeling around the island. I would definitely recommend White Sand Water Sports for the Sting Ray experience while visiting Grand Cayman.

What else can we say....wonderful people running a business like true entrepreneurs do....lots of personal rouches, expertise, a warm welcome, and even wqarmer thank you. We did the catamaran sail around the Reef resort area, snorkeling and will be kayaking. Don't miss this if you get the opoortunity to stay out at the east end of Cayman. (Reef Resort, Morritt's)...a world of difference from 7 Mile Beach in every way.

Went on a 2-stop snorkel trip that stayed on the East End. Small group of 6 people. Had a wonderful time and the reef and fish were amazing! Crew was great. Looking forward to doing this again. Tip for novices: no matter how much sunscreen you use, your back will get burned. Buy a rash guard swim shirt.

We just returned from 2 weeks at The Reef Resort. While there, we had a tremendous sailing experience with White Sand. They also were extremely helpful in getting us snorkeling. My wife always has problems with her mask, but the guys at White Sand patiently helped her find the correct fit and she enjoyed snorkeling for the first time. All in all, our experiences with White Sand were excellent. These guys really care about the people they work with.

I agree with all the reviews. The staff was very helpful. Their snorkel equipment was plentiful and better than what we had brought to use. We were a party of six and enjoyed Dave as our tour guide, he had many interesting facts to share. We were staying in the area, but I would recommend making the trip if you are coming from elsewhere.
