As the name implies, Ron, the owner of this restaurant is Australian. The food has a lovely mixture of Caribbean and Australian. There are a few items on the menu listed as Ron's recommendations, which are very well worth trying. Ron usually comes around all the tables each evening to greet the guests and is always happy to talk about the menu.
Every day at about 5 pm, the waste fish is fed to the birds and fish outside the rear of the restaurant. on our last visit there were 24 Frigate birds which came to enjoy the feast. They fly very close and sometimes will take the food from the hand of the feeder. It is a fantastic sight, because these birds can have a wingspan of over 7 foot. Obviously the fish are not so easy to see, but we clearly saw the huge Tarpon and Shark.
