I went with my family, and I'm the only one who's a vegetarian. This was horrible for non-meat eaters! They made a dish of beans & rice, a slice of tomato & lettuce, fried plantains, potato salad (creamy mustard kind) and....... a handful of vegetables you would have gotten from the frozen section of a food market. (not exaggerating! it had chunks of green beans, edamame, perfectly squared-cut carrots and corn) No spices added. It was so plain!

This place is not worth it for vegetarians. Be warned!

The lady that cooks here used to be the cook at 'Dudley's', a badly-kept secret in George Town that used to do a roaring trade. Here, a few yards away from the Caribbean Sea she works her magic for a steady stream of drivers of up-market vehicles that routinely make the journey from George Town or further afield for the best of Caymanian cooking. Their Turtle Stew is the best on the island, hands down. Seafood is their speciality, but other fare is available. The plates make no concessions to 'Five a Day' or any of the 'fusion' fads. 'Breadkind' is what you want and get. A worthy successor for the old 'Wreck View' of twenty year's ago.

If you really want to get a feel for island cooking, then stop here but be aware that this is very, very rustic. I was not impressed. It's great to get a flavor of the culture but this place needs a visiti from Gordon Ramsey.

You best be looking for it or have it punched in the GPS because it is a little hard to see. The parking is horrible because your pretty much eating at this lady's house, but it is SO WORTH IT!!! This place has a view that uis worth a billion bucks. Relax in a couple of hammocks under the palm trees or just in the shade on the patio. It is so nice here. This was our second trip. Be prepared to be there a while because speed is not on the menu. They are friendly here but not very outgoing so you might feel like they are mad unless you talk with them. This is a cash only place so be prepared for that. I have been here twice and had cheeseburgers in paradise both times. I wanted to get something different this time but couldn't make myself do it lol. The menu is very accomodating to plenty of tastes and the prices are very reasonable. Definately worht stopping by and checking out!
