Description: Potts Point Hotel is Potts Point's new "local". It's a warm and inviting space nestled in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Darlinghurst Rd. The cocktail list is a new addition, from Sydney's renowned mixologist Rollo Anderson. It takes the customer on a journey, through a list of classics, whilst paying homage to a long list of "colorful" local identities. The food is big, bold and full of flavor. The menu centers' around smoked offerings, straight from the two huge smokers imported from the USA. There is a delicate mix between decedent meats, like the 8 hour slow smoked, grain fed Riverina Angus beef brisket and delicate salads like the house smoked Burrata, Prosciutto, cherry tomato and fresh figs. If you're a local looking for a great spot to make your regular, or someone from out of town just looking for a great meal and delicious cocktails, Potts Point hotel is the place to be.

“A Cheap and Cheerful Ten-Dollar Steak”
Reviewed November 29, 2012

Served by a surly barmaid, we paid in advance, sat down and awaited our order: a sirloin steak , chips and salad, and a chicken burger with chips. The steak was very good value at 10 dollars, but the chicken burger for 16 dollars was not good, as the chicken in breadcrumbs was overcooked and dry, so avoid this. Stick with the steak and you´ll be OK.

“Visited many times...”
Reviewed June 5, 2012

Living in Sydney for 7 months (May - Dec 11) this place became a firm favourite, $10 steak was very very good (rest of the food a little pricey), drinks very reasonable during happy hour(s) and great vibe whenever we were there, both as a couple & with friends (some of whom we met there originally!). Highly recommended!!!
