After Phuket and Bangkok, we were so ready to get out of the city! This was perfect. Loved Khao Sok. The elephant experience was really cool. But, our favorite was the floating camp on the lake. Had a great hike complete with bat cave! Banana (yes, that is here real name was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely return!

Room tip: Although tent camoing, they were very nice. Just a not, at the floating camp, it is solar and if no sun, no electricity.

What can I say from start to finish everything was great. We had a lovely tour guide by the name of Sam. His English was brilliant and he was very knowledgeable and always at hand to answer any questions you have. We pent 1 night in the jungle and two nights on the lake. I would definitely recommend spending two nights on the lake if you want the real experience as it's cut abit short of you just have 1. All food is included and always delicious. Pack lightly as most of your time on the lake will be spent swimming and kayaking. It was great to be disconnected from social media for a couple of days as the network goes once you reach the lake. It's like a detox. Everyone should disconnect once in awhile so go go go!

What an experience to be up close to these amazing creatures, we stayed for the 2 night 3 day jungle lake safari, everything from start to finish was amazing, our guide was bamboo who was brilliant, if you get an option i would chose her!

The tents were as expected comfortable and for a tent luxurious, do not expect any mod cons and just enjoy your surroundings! (They do have power and hot water and fans)

Would definitely recommend

Wow... Elephant Hills is absolutely stunning! My wife and I spent 2 nights in this place on our honeymoon and we could easily have spent a week. Firstly the accommodation (both the lake and jungle luxury tents) was glamping at its best with all the comforts and electricity and hot water mixed the feeling of being in the middle of the Jungle.

From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was excellent, always smiling, talkative and always willing to help and answer any questions or queries. The food was plentiful and delicious, offering even western options for those who can't handle the spice of thai food. A special mention goes to our main guide Sam, who was amazing and both my wife and I genuinely felt as if we could easily become friends with - despite the fact that he is a Leicester City fan :-)

Finally, the main reason to visit is the activities, with seeing and interacting with the well looked after elephants the main highlight but our one night stay on the floating lake camp a close second. With free rein to canoe and explore the lake, swim and explore. We were even lucky enough to see some wild Gibbons swing on the branches of the canopy of the jungle.

Elephant Hills is a must visit, it was the highlight of our honeymoon and both my wife and I will definitely be visiting again.

Room tip: If you can, get a tent away from the main road by the camp.

recently stayed here on the 2 night jungle lake safari, elephant hills is so wonderful and the elephants are just brilliant! Getting to be up close with them, wash and feed them and see them in their natural environment- they are not at all mean or mistreat the animal in anyway. Food was yummy and a good variety, tents were very nice, clean and comfy although a little hot at night :( drinks were pretty cheap at the club house - easily one of the best things I have done, tour guide WIM was sooo attentive, informative and made everyone in our group feel so welcomed
