We visited the place twice in the past two weeks and had excellent experiences. Food is perfect, service is attentive and kind. A great choice for families as well as couples, very nice setting both inside and out in the front garden. Very reccomendable.

We couldn’t find an open Restaurant and the owner opened for our family of 7. We didn’t know what to order so we asked the owner to bring 8 of his favourite dishes that we could share. We were not disappointed!!! Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. The owner and his wife went over the top for us!!! Thank you for creating such a memorable evening for us.

Perhaps I shouldn’t have started with the word “wholesome” because it’s a word that in my own mind sometimes translates as tasteless. Not so, no way! This is a fantastic find, tucked away near the wavy bridge. We were received like old friends, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
The food was divine, from home made bread at the start, to delectable carrot cake at the end, all with clever and pleasing little touches. “Rabbit”, for that is how the proprietress introduces herself, is attentive, friendly, and discrete. She perfectly balances interesting conversation without dominating or nattering on while you get hungrier - as some less sensitive people can!

Lovely staff, great food gorgeous location. Very highly recommended!

The place is very rustic but very cozy.
The food is very homily and very good taste.
Price is a little expensive, but is really enjoyable.

An excellent option open all year round. On weekdays you need to call ahead so they open up the place for you.
As always it feels like home, a cozy warm place, nicely served.
The food is excellent, everything from pizza to pasta to the brased meat is truly outstanding.
Deserts are also excellent. So basically everything in the menu is just great.
I highly recommend this place.
