“The best latte in town”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

I called in to the cafe when waiting for a train one day and was delighted with the quality of the latte - done just right without overheating the milk!

“Great food, lovely staff and friendly atmosphere!”
Reviewed July 22, 2012 via mobile

After a long walk down the strawberry line on this very hot sunday, myself and 4 friends fancied a bite to eat. We have heard great things about the cafe so thought we'd give it a go. We were welcomed and given menus. Our soup/salad/quiche and paninis were fantastic! The cafe was busy but we still felt appreciated and wernt ignored in any way. The staff are friendly and the coffee isn't to bad either!! :)

“Lovely for a nice hot cup of tea after a cold bike ride.”
Reviewed January 15, 2012

We called in to this cafe after riding from Yatton Station to Cheddar and back on the Strawberry Line bike path. After a lovely, but quite cold, ride we were ready for a nice warm cup of tea, so we decided to investigate this cafe, what a great find! The cafe itself has only recently been opened and is a restored railway building. The restoration has been done very well proving a very welcoming warm, cosy atmosphere. There is a nice variety of chairs and sofas to sit on, all well laid out and, importantly, clean and tidy. The cafe offers a very nice looking array of hot and cold meals, snacks and refreshments but, having picnicked on the way, we just needed a cup of tea. The tea was bought to us at our table and it was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and seemed happy in their work which comes over in the way they interact with customers. As if all the above wasn't enough incentive to visit, as well as operating as a commercial café, the Strawberry Line Café provides training, employment and work experience for young adults with learning disabilities, so everyone's a winner. Can't recommend a visit to this cafe highly enough!
