This small apartment in a converted water mill is perfect for a couple looking for a rural stay in Dorset. The bedroom and living room are combined - the bed is very generous and comfortable and the lounge area has a couple of armchairs and sunny windows. The kitchen dining area is very small but adequate. We cooked simple meals in the microwave. Breakfast is provided and is delicious with wholemeal bread, fresh fruit, Dorset cereals, fresh orange juice etc. There is an expresso machine, toaster and the microwave does act as a cooker. We did not have a dog but it is dog friendly. The shower room is great, with plenty of space although the water pressure is a little low but temperature is fine. Although there is no separate garden for the apartment there is a really charming riverside area with seating and a table where we had our breakfast and from where we sighted a kingfisher. Fabulous. There are walks directly from the house and easy access to the coast (20 minutes drive to Lulworth cove) although we cycled to sculpture by the lakes park. The owner is very helpful. A really lovely place which I will certainly return to if wanting to explore more of South Dorset.

Thank you for your lovely review. I saw the kingfisher again today!
I wasn't aware about the water pressure, so I'll look into that.
I look forward to your next visit!
