We booked this accomadation based on the reviews we read on Trip Advisor. It was a very good choice for location, room size and all the little extras which you would not normally expect like bottled water in the room, ample towels, crisp bed linen, and a radiator which you could turn off ( I find many hotels too hot). The breakfast room was very pleasant and the food served was excellent. We did have a problem whilst staying there but the owners dealt with it effectively so we departed as happy customers. We would recommend this to travellers who want all the facilities you would get in a Premier Inn but with a more personal touch and in a lovely location. The owners recommended a great pub to dine for our evening meal which was excellent.

The title says it all really but I will add that the owners were really helpful with the little things like where to park when going in to Canterbury etc, the rooms had a folder full of all the local attactions and the owners were more than happy to give tips and advice on where to go, where to eat and so on...and having tried and tested their recommendations I can say that they were all pretty darn good! This is a B&B that is above par from what you would normally expect. The owners can offer a variety of teas and coffee's and have a small bar for drinks should you want them throughout the daytime, and even a limited option for evenings meals. I paid only £75 for the room a night and considered it great value.

skeptic at first about choosing a place to stay from someone else's review, but we were very glad we did.
I would most definitely stay here again, everything was just perfect. The rooms, the FOOD, the service and the peace and quiet.
We would certainly advise others to try this bed and breakfast. You could not get better service in a five star hotel, it was just amazing to us that they do not charge five star hotel prices, it's ashame because they deserve it.

This beatifully situated little hotel is located partly in a tudor building. The rooms are quite spacious. It´s clean and has very friendly staff. My breakfast was a bit on the greasy side but not bad at all (I had haddock); my partners was excellent. The surroundings are beatiful, a short walk in the surrounding area will be a real treat. The owner is very helpful in pointing out what possibilities are. The busstop for the bus to canterbury is almost on the opposite side of the street and buses run all day, beware during the night they don´t run so often. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here, and certainly got value for money.

This B&B with 6 rooms is about 3 miles north of Canterbury on the main street in the wonderful town of Littlebourne. Easy access to Canterbury is by bus (so you don't have to fight to find a parking spot) from a stop a block or so away. There is parking behind the building. The proprietors are wonderful people that make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent with locally made items. The original building is very old and cozy and the rooms are newly added to the back. Our room was very roomy with a large ensuite bathroom with modern conveniences. The room was very quiet. There are good pubs within walking distance or a very short drive. The proprietors gave us good advice on where to eat locally as well as information about some beautiful nearby sites (5 minute walk).
