“Never disappointed!”
Reviewed May 26, 2014

Once again the food at Le Taitu is the best! Truly French/Creole cooking. Atmosphere and friendly owner always makes us feel welcomed. Daily Specials are a must along with the coconut flan. This is our favorite St. Martin restaurant.

“Great lunch spot”
Reviewed May 5, 2014

We stopped by to have lunch here on Monday and came right back again on Tuesday. The setting is a rustic outdoor cafe with a welcoming owner. They have a regular menu, but we were huge fans of the fixed price specials board which includes a drink, a main course, and a hot drink at the end of the meal. The specials included a variety of French and Creole fare. Between us, we tried 4 different selections and all four were a hit! You can't get better for the price!

“So quaint and so good!!”
Reviewed May 2, 2014

This is a return visit for us for lunch. From the “formule” board we ordered the catfish fillet which is a favorite of my husbands and I chose the roasted pork tenderloin with the caramel sauce which was so tender and flavorful! Jean (the owner) provides friendly service, good food and good value! This is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch!

“Why eat anywhere else ?”
Reviewed March 30, 2014

We just returned from a week in Saint Martin, and ate here three times. The tuna steak with soy sauce, the white chocolate mousse, for desert. Even the house salad, for a start - an amazing vinagrette salad dressing. Enjoy !
