A lovely warm welcome from Sylvie set the scene for a perfect one-night stopover on our way back from the Dordogne. The house is extremely well decorated and stylishly furnished with themed rooms - ours was the African Safari one which is large, light and airy. We slept very well in a comfortable bed and the en-suite facilities were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty options. Well done, Sylvie - you have created a gem of a chambres d'hote!
We stayed at this delightful chambres d'hotes in September 2012 for just one night. It is an imposing and very well decorated home with an interesting history set in about 3 hectares of grounds and with plenty of parking.
We had the "Vegital" room at the front of the house, a large and beautifully decorated room with of course en suite shower room. There were lots of little extra welcome touches for example complimentary bottles of water, cotton wool pads and eau de toillette. All of the bed and bath linens were of good quality.
Sylvie was a great hostess and breakfast was served in the lovely dining room.
We had a glimpse of some of the other letting rooms and all were impressive with differing themes.
We would definately return again to stay if passing close to Nantes. Merci beaucoup Sylvie.
