Wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the new forest. Well looked after and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.Cracking breakfast that set me up for a day in the forest filming. Room was spacious, very clean with a very good sized en-suit. The village has two pubs near by that sell good evening fare. Lovely to see Horses and cattle roaming freely.

Have had a lovely overnight stay here, Jane was very welcoming and she cooks a wicked breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable with the added benefit of free wifi. The bedroom view overlooked ponies grazing on the grass which is what the New forest is all about besides the great walks and wildlife.I can certainly recommend the Forest Tea House to anyone, you won't be disappointed

Just got back from a two night stay with hubby and our two girls. If the girls could have taken Jane and Millie home they would have. Nothing is too much for Jane, always happy and ready to help. Lovely rooms, great breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. Thank you so much Jane, we will definitely be back. Most welcoming place we have ever visited.

We wanted to take our dog away with us to the new forest and wanted a small b&b where we could stay for 2 nights, I used trip advisor and saw the great reviews for the tea rooms in Burley.

I am so pleased we used trip advisor, the tea rooms were just brilliant, Jane provides a friendly, first class service and is always around to offer advice. We would definitely go to visit Jane again even if she moves away from the new forest.

Burley is 15 mins from the coast, the village has 2 nice pubs that take dogs and a cider factory. There's plenty to do on a long weekend away.

Overall a great, friendly, relaxing stay.

Thank you!
